My name is Levi Janine Singson Cruz, a 16-year-old Year 12 student at Pukekohe High School and a part-time worker. I am an active member of the Youth for Christ Catholic community, where I continue to grow in my faith. I am interested in joining Sinulog Queens 2026, aligned with this year’s theme, “Feast of the Holy Child Jesus,” because I want to express my desire to grow closer to our Lord and Savior. Through this celebration, I hope to show my deep respect, love, and devotion to Him and to represent my faith with sincerity and joy.
My name is Villamay Singson, 19 years old, a second-year Bachelor of Science student at AUT with aspirations to pursue Medical Laboratory Science. Alongside my studies and part-time work, I am an active member of the Youth for Christ Catholic community, where I continue to strengthen my faith and connection to service.
I am joining Sinulog Queens 2026 because the theme, “Feast of the Holy Child Jesus,” reflects a devotion that has shaped my identity. Competing in this event is not only an honour but a platform for me to represent my faith, my values, and my Filipino heritage with confidence and purpose. I hope to exemplify the grace, humility, and joy inspired by the Santo Niño, and to be a role model for young Filipinos who strive to embrace both culture and faith in their daily lives.
Pamela Jane Samon, 25yrs old , a proud HIGAONON from Gingoog City. I’m working as a McDonald Manager. I am representing the San Pedro Calungsod. The reason why I joined this competition is to show my love to Sto Nino I want to offer my graceful dance and being thankful for all the blessings that came to my Family.
My name is Erich Lhou Villanueva, and I am deeply honored to be a candidate for Sinulog Queen New Zealand 2026.
I am currently a secondary high school student, and alongside my studies, I work part-time. Balancing school and work has taught me the importance of discipline, responsibility, and perseverance—values that continue to shape who I am today. Being part of the global Filipino community has shown me how strong our identity remains, no matter where we are in the world. We carry our traditions in our hearts, our values in our actions, and our stories in our voices. Sinulog is more than a festival. It is a celebration of faith, resilience, and unity, deeply rooted in our devotion to Señor Santo Niño. It reminds us to trust in God’s guidance, to move forward with hope, and to remain grateful through every season of life. As a candidate, I aspire to embody these values with grace, humility, and purpose. Through this journey, I hope to inspire others—especially the youth—to embrace their heritage, celebrate diversity, and carry our culture forward with pride and confidence. Let us continue to honor our past while shaping a future filled with unity and faith.
Thank you so much for this opportunity. Daghang salamat, and Viva Pit Señor!
